Oysters Kilpatrick

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce 
  • 1 dozen oysters
  • 200g diced bacon 

 

Method

Step 1

Mix together the Worcestershire sauce and tomato sauce 

 

Step 2

Drizzle sauce on the oysters. Top with bacon and place under the grill. 

Grill until bacon is crisp.
