Salmon Fillet Cooked in Oven
Ingredients:
- 1x salmon fillet
- 1x lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 80g white wine
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- ¼ cup water
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Step 2
Rinse salmon fillet. Place into tray. Marinate with lemon juice, parsley, olive oil, white wine, salt & pepper.
Evenly spread out using your hands. Add water on side of tray. Don’t pour water over salmon fillet so it doesn’t lose its seasoning.
Step 3
Use foil to cover tray. Cook for 20 minutes.
You can also check the doneness with a fork. When the salmon flakes easily with a fork, its ready.
Serve immediately.
Leftover can be refrigerated for about 4 days, and can be reheated in the microwave or served cold
