Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. As we sell both perishable seafood and shelf-stable goods, our return terms differ depending on what you've purchased.

Fresh and frozen seafood

Due to food safety and freshness requirements, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on fresh or frozen seafood once it has left our premises. If there's a problem with your order — wrong item, damaged product or a quality issue — please contact us within 24 hours of pickup at sales@regalseafoods.com.au with your order details and, where possible, a photo of the item. We'll assess the issue and make it right, whether that's a replacement or a refund.

Shelf-stable products (Trifilia olive oil, honey, dry goods)

For non-perishable items, you have 30 days from the date of pickup to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at sales@regalseafoods.com.au. Once your return is approved, bring the item back to us at 1-13 Thistlethwaite Street, South Melbourne, Victoria 3205, Australia, along with your proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order at the time of pickup and let us know straight away if an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, so we can sort it out quickly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Fresh or frozen seafood (see above)
  • Any item not purchased directly from Regal Seafoods

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected a returned item, we'll let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take a little longer to process and display the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't seen it, contact us at sales@regalseafoods.com.au.
